Pastor J (Jason Wells)
Lead Pastor
Jason was called to ministry 5 years ago after he founded Mechanics of Faith. From there he attended Liberty University Seminary School to learn more about becoming a ministry leader. Pastor J always had a heart for the Lord and with the support of his wife and family, he began moving toward pastoring. In 2023 Pastor J and Brother Joe Banks founded Cars & Christ. From that friendship, he was introduced to Brother Rob who has now taken the role of ministry leader.
Pastor J pours his heart into helping the community through his works and in doing so has created a safe place for recovery individuals, domestic violence victims, and many others who do not feel accepted not only in church but in life as well. Pastor J believes that a strong foundation of faith and family is the key to living a positive life and successful life that honors God.
Youth Leader
Christina (Chrissy) has a heart for God, she has over 10+ years working with youth in multiple churches and we are so excited to have her on our team at Redemption House of Prayer.
Sending Church
What is a Sending Church:
- A sending Church is a current church that believe in the calling to grow the Kingdom and is working with a Pastor who is following the calling to plant a church.
What does a Sending Church Do:
- A Sending Church works with the Pastor of church plant to help them grow and work through programs and help guide through-out their planting process

Daimion is a Campus Pastor of the Root (North Chesterfield). He is originally from Portland, Oregon and has served in vocational ministry since 2015. He and Jaimee have 2 daughters: Aria, 5; Bryn, 3.
Bobby is the Pastor of the Root RVA Church Network. He is from Memphis, Tennessee and has been in pastoral ministry for 29 years. He and Erin have 7 children: Casie, 20; Reagan, 19; Audrey, 17; Caleb, 15; Ryann, 12; Abram, 10; Zeke, 8.

What we do in community with one another can be applied and imitated in the home to produce healthy marriages and parenting. The home is the primary place of discipleship.
